Our Capital Markets Team is well connected in the market place and provides a search and select service for various types of investors looking for investment and development properties throughout London and the regions.  This is usually based on achieving discounts to open market values and through focusing on locations with excellent growth potential. Our capital markets service starts with a detailed discussion with the client to confirm the brief, followed by a wide reaching search based on agreed parameters. The client will receive a full report on each opportunity. Suitable properties are then acquired for the client and then either traded, placed under management, or dealt with by our asset management team.
